Welcome to the Mt. Baker Scholarship Foundation

The Mt. Baker Scholarship Foundation is a volunteer group of community members committed to encouraging academic achievement by providing scholarships for students in the Mt. Baker School District.

What we do:

• Receive funds

  Individuals, families and organizations establish funds with the Foundation for the awarding of scholarships to graduates of Mt. Baker High School.

  Also eligible are home school students who live within the Mt Baker District (#507) who have been involved with sports or other extracurricular high school activities for a minimum of two academic years.

• Award scholarships

  Employing a screening process, we award scholarships to deserving students on an annual basis.

• Invest funds

  Under the stewardship of the Foundation's Finance Committee, we invest assets in a diverse portfolio intended to produce asset growth, security of principal and income for scholarships.
